With over 30 years in the building industry, I bring a deep understanding of construction, maintenance, and long-term home performance. I began my career as a Superintendent/Expeditor and later founded Premier Homes in 1997.
My experience, industry leadership, and strong relationships with qualified trades provide a distinct advantage in home watch services — ensuring properties are professionally monitored, maintained, and addressed proactively before small issues become costly problems.

My career spans masonry, carpentry, finish carpentry, and general contracting, giving me a comprehensive understanding of both simple and complex residential construction. I know how homes are designed to function — and where failures are most likely to occur.
As a licensed home inspector since 2001, I bring a detailed, preventative approach to home watch services. I don’t simply check on properties — I evaluate them. Combined with a reliable network of experienced trades professionals, I provide proactive oversight and immediate access to trusted solutions when needed.
