I been in the building business since 1993 – functioning as a Superintendent/Expeditor for a local General Contractor before the induction of Premier Homes 1, Inc. in 1997.
I have also been very active in the building community. I have been a member of the National Association of Home Builders, Wisconsin Builders Association and Lakeland Builders Association for over 20 years, and I served as president of the Lakeland Builders Association in 2003.
Because I have always been sincere and professional with my tradesmen, I have developed quality relationships that continue to strive years later. I can depend on many of these individuals in any situation and I respect their expertise and count on them as a resource.
I have worked for many years in masonry, carpentry, finish carpentry and finally general contracting, building custom homes. Because of my depth and breadth of knowledge in the industry, I understand the intricacies behind simple and complex homes: how and why they are built the way they are.
In 2001 I became a licensed home inspector. Over the years, I have developed quality relationships with many trades professionals. My vast network of colleagues can be an invaluable source of information... a resource I can pass along to clients that need quality tradesmen and women to bring their home up to standards.
